Membership Approval:
Pet Door Decor will notify applicant of either
acceptance or denial into our program within 3-5 business days upon
submitting the online Enrollment form. If accepted into the
program, you will receive a welcome letter stating your acceptance and
further details including your discount code. At that time
Merchant may begin uploading our images to your website.
If you do NOT have a live
website and are in the beginning stages of setting up your store, you
still can apply and be accepted into the program. Once your
website goes live, you must notify us and at that time we will verify
your website and issue your User Name and Password.
Items Included in Program:
Pet Door Decor, LLC offers
our exclusive patent pending decorative pet door panels
with accompanying designer accessories.
Product Images and Descriptions:
Upon acceptance into our program Merchant will be
granted permission to copy our images onto your
website. These are available only while participating in our
program as they are copyright protected. In the event of
termination of membership, Merchant will cease displaying Pet Door Decor
images and descriptions in any manner within 7 business days.

Wholesale Pricing:
Upon acceptance into our
program, you will be given a "Distributor Login and Password" exclusively for you. You will enter
this in the Distributor Login area in order to see your wholesale
pricing. IMPORTANT: Failure to
Login through the Distributor Login area will result in merchant receiving retail
pricing on your order. So...YOU MUST LOGIN UNDER THE DISTRIBUTOR
LOGIN FOR WHOLESALE PRICING.
You will
be prompted for payment options on the
checkout portion of our website.
We accept credit
cards and debit cards. We also
accept payments through PayPal.
As your store's volume increases
alternative methods may be offered for
payment and additional discount options.
Drop Ship Merchants
will receive 20% discount on all Pet Door Decor
Decorative Panels and Pet Door Decor Designer
Accessories.
Merchants
will not receive full discount on Ideal
brand pet doors, due to the fact that we do not
manufacture these pet doors, therefore, we cannot sell
them to you at a wholesale cost. The combo package
(panel & pet door) pricing is constructed with your full
20% discount off of only Pet Door Decor decorative
panel, but not the pet door itself. For the pet
doors, we add a small mark up on the pet doors, to cover
our basic costs for ordering and storing them. We
do this, so that you can mark up the product to your
discretion and the product remains affordable for you
and ultimately, the consumer.
Pet Door Decor reserves
the right to charge any price necessary to
alleviate overstock and supply and demand. Merchant will be
notified by email of any changes in pricing or
conditions. Merchant will have the
prerogative to charge your customers any price you choose as long as it
does not fall below MAP (Minimum Advertising Pricing).
Placing Orders:
Merchant agrees to forward all orders resulting from
product and pictures obtained in Pet Door Decor's website including but
not limited to: orders received via website, email, fax, verbally or
phone. Merchants will login as a Distributor, so that wholesale
prices will be reflected on all orders. Failure to log on as a
Distributor will result in retail pricing upon checkout.
As your store's volume increases alternative methods may be offered to
send orders.

Marketing and Packaging:
Pet Door Decor, LLC will not market to Merchant's
customers, it is our intention to stay as invisible as possible.
We consider YOU our customer, not the recipient or sender.
Shipping:
Orders received before 3PM
Pacific Time weekdays are
shipped the next business day utilizing UPS or U.S.P.S. shipping services.
Orders received after that time and on weekends or Holidays are shipped
the next business day. Although we place a high priority on
getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no
guarantees as severe weather conditions or other circumstances may
sometimes delay shipping.
Shipping and Delivery:
Pet Door Decor, LLC will ship products in accordance
with the
Shipping Options
page that is posted on our website. We presently
utilize UPS and U.S.P.S. shipping carriers for delivery within 50
states. We currently do not ship internationally. You will
be provided with the carrier and Tracking/Delivery Confirmation numbers
upon shipping of order.
Our pricing for shipments are drawn
directly from the UPS tables therefore are very close to accurate.
Shipping via Ground is determined by box size, destination and weight.
We are located in the
southwestern region of the United States and products ship from
Glendale, AZ

Incorrect Address: An incorrect address
shall be considered the information that was supplied with an order for
the shipping destination. This information may include any or all
of the following: incorrect recipient's name, incorrect street
name, incorrect or missing house/apartment/suite/condo/floor number or a
wrong/missing/incomplete postal code. If a package is redirected
because of this or any other reason there will be additional fees
assessed. If a parcel is returned because of these errors there
will be no refund.
Redirect Fees: If a package was shipped via
UPS there is a possibility that the product can be redirected. You
may do this directly by calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS. All
carriers will charge a fee to redirect a package and Pet Door Decor, LLC
reserves the right to pass this on to you. This fee will be
applied to the credit cards used for this purchase.
Redirect Ground Delivery Fee
- $10.00
Redirect Air Delivery Fee
- $15.00
If a package s redirected multiple times, a redirect fee
each time will be assessed.
All shipping charges are non-refundable
except in the following events
Return Policy:
If Merchant experiences an unsatisfied customer,
Merchant must contact us within 7 days after which the item was
delivered to give us an opportunity to address the situation. Day
of delivery is considered day one (1). Pet Door Decor, LLC will
not honor any requests after that time.
For returns created from deliveries that are
undeliverable or refused for any reason other than an error clearly
attributed to Pet Door Decor, LLC, there will be no refund. Pet
Door Decor, LLC will not reship or offer a refund for packages marked
"delivered" by the carrier in which the recipient claims non-receipt.
New Products and Product Updates:
Merchant will received a detailed email stating any new
product, updates or changes. Pet Door Decor expects Merchants to
stay current with products that you offer. We post all Merchant
emails on our website in the
Updates
Section. Please visit here often to ensure you are current.
Sales Tax:
Any sales delivered within the State of Arizona will
incur sales tax. Pet Door Decor, LLC will be responsible for
collecting and remitting all taxes due. Arizona State & City Tax
is averaged to 8.1%.
Agreement Modifications:
Pet Door Decor, LLC retains the right to modify this
agreement at any time. Your continued participation within our
program by placing orders or continuing to have our images on your site
will constitute acceptance of said modifications to this agreement, to
the terms and conditions and policies.
Participation:
Pet Door Decor, LLC shall have the right to deny
participation to any applicant or Merchant in the Exclusive Drop Ship
Program for any reason.
Termination:
Merchant may request termination from this agreement at
any time by emailing us. Once we verify you have met the
requirements listed below, we will then issue an official release from
our program.

Decor images AND copy (text & wording).

To expedite your release we ask that you provide a link to the
website(s) where you offered our products.
