in standard brown boxes with no imprinting of
the Pet Door Decor name/logo.
Shipping Label:
U.S.P.S. and UPS require us to
include our business address and phone number on
all labels for return shipments. The shipping
label will read as follows:

for shipping our products, USPS and UPS.

our drop ship members.

UPS - IF ORDERED PRIOR TO 12:00PM
Noon Mountain Time and you select:

UPS Ground - delivers you
package within 2-5 business day.
Day of shipping, Saturday, Sunday & all
Holidays do not count as shipping days.
Delivery based on distance to destination
which are are based on the 5-digit Zip Code
entered.

3 Day Select - delivery by
the end of 3rd business day.

2nd Day Air - Delivery by the
end of the 2nd business day. Some
locations in Alaska and Hawaii require
additional transit time.
UPS REDIRECT FEE - If a wrong or
insufficient address information was provided at
time of order or if your package needs to be
redirected for any reason, a redirect fee will
be charged to your account. You may assist
you customers by contacting UPS directly at
1-800-742-5877.

Shipping Charges
The ideal method is to collect
shipping charges is if your website can be tied
directly to the UPS rate table. Only you
or your programmer will know if this is possible
as we do not know how each of your individual
internet stores work.
U.S.P.S. Shipping Options

U.S.P.S. - IF ORDERED
PRIOR TO 12:00PM Noon Mountain Time and you
select:

Priority Mail - Packages are
delivered in an average of 2-3 days after
shipping. No delivery on Sundays or
government observed Holidays.

Express Mail - Next day
delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many
destinations. No delivery on Sundays
or government observed Holidays.

Mail shipping costs. You will need to
determine the weight for each product and cross
reference it to the charts below. The
weights for each product are stated on our
weight and measurement chart.
